Rod was engaged the day of settlement, ahead of the client bringing his family home from Asia. The brief began simply, a full repaint inside and out, before it became clear that a new colour would not fix what was fundamentally wrong with the home.
Asked to present what the home really needed, Rod returned with a full brief and concept: the kitchen, the bathrooms, floors throughout, the backyard, the entry, and every family and living space. Essentially the entire home.
With the family's homecoming date fixed and unmovable, the full renovation was delivered in just six weeks, ready for the surprise the client had pictured from the start.
