TDC first came to Arden when the property had been tenanted for five years while its owners lived abroad. The bones were exceptional: high ceilings, considered proportions, a Mosman address with real presence. But five years of occupation had left it tired, and the spaces had lost their clarity. The brief was to restore what the architecture always promised.
The formal and informal living zones were the heart of it. Each had drifted from the other, and from the house. TDC brought them back into conversation: materials chosen to complement rather than compete, light returned to rooms that had grown heavy, a coherence restored across the whole interior.
When the property sold, the purchaser engaged TDC again. The same house, a new chapter. Arden at its next level.
In the client's words
"From my very first phone conversation I felt a great relief. He somehow manages to deliver the undeliverable with a knowing smile."
