TDC was engaged literally from the day the client arrived in the city. The property search itself was simple, but from that first day TDC became the client's point of contact for every decision to follow.
A simple beachside shack has been reinvented through several stages of renovation into a sophisticated yet understated beach house. Every aspect of the property, right up to its latest instalment, a new entry, has been overseen by TDC.
The design process moved through many considerations, with TDC by the client's side throughout. TDC was on site the day the builders arrived, managing the build while designing bespoke furniture for the property.
