TDC was referred by the agent, coming in on a BUYERSEYE brief to review the property ahead of sale, then developed and engaged through The Concierge.
The work ran across the whole home: all internal and external paint, a new kitchen, a new master bedroom configuration, the formal lounge reworked, and a wow created in the front courtyard.
Outside, every external finish was updated, the pool interior recoated, and the pool linked back to the main residence, so the house and garden finally read as one.
