A second engagement with clients TDC had delivered for before. The residence was already immaculate; the task was to present it to its very best and quietly remove the personal touches, so the architecture could speak for itself.
TDC brokered a solution with the neighbours over the pool line, and polished every element of the home, so its unique finishes and textures announced themselves subtly, never loudly.
The result brought a year and a half of works to a close, and readied the home for its next chapter.
