An inner city harbourside residence, styled for sale, then reimagined into the home this family now calls their own. Within ten days the TDC team restyled the three storey home top to bottom: painting, flooring, benchtops honed, electrical, decluttering, gardens and repairs, finished with a blend of the family's own furniture and high end staging. The result was a record price for the suburb.
Twelve weeks later, TDC managed the full move into the family's new harbourside residence, timed to settlement alongside a simultaneous move across the city, with trades on site the same day for temporary kitchen and bathroom repairs, right down to a refrigerated truck for the wine cellar.
Some months on, TDC moved the family into temporary accommodation while a major transformation of the residence took place, then relocated them once more into the home they are proud to call their own today.
